All VARTEK equipment has precise resolution control with long-term PPM voltage and frequency output stability. In addition, all AC power source outputs and remote sense leads are transformer coupled. Since DC magnetization can change the UUT performance data, the elimination of DC on the UUT load insures that the test parameters are not affected by the power source.

VARTEK provides custom instrumentation solutions based on a standard product line using modular functional elements. This includes the following instrument types:

Standard Performance Features

All VARTEK equipment provides long term output stability, compensating for effects of line, load, time and temperature. Other individual characteristics include:

Power Sources: Feature transformer coupling for all outputs and remote sensing to enable PPM voltage control at the UUT. Additional features are:
- low distortion sine wave outputs
- broadband frequency operation
- wide operating voltage ranges
- isolated current transformer motor current monitoring
- manual or IEEE 488-bus control.
Phase Locked Frequency Standards: Provide individual frequency settings for each output while maintaining phase lock between outputs.
Temperature Controllers: Provide true independent DC proportional control on each channel, with Hi-Low temperature alarm contact closures and front panel metering.
Differential Wattmeters: Provide continuous monitoring of differential load power demand changes with an analog recorder output drive having ± 1 VDC full scale for all power measurement ranges.
Voltage Monitors: Provide millivolt resolution with an analog recorder output drive having ± 1 VDC full scale for all voltage measurement ranges.
Gyro/Accelerometer Preset Pulse Accumulator/Counters: Provide three data input channels for simultaneous data analysis, storing data while continuously acquiring data without losing any counts, & features a built-in post processor for data reduction.
